abnormal blood test value without symptoms

Here is a case of a 38 yrs male who is having no physical symptoms but routine pathological tests shows following abnormalities.
1. RBC Count ( 5.9) and Haemoglobin (17.0) exceeded upper reference limit
3.liver enzymes- SGPT(85) and GGT( 210) both are well above reference upper limit.
A suitable advice is solicited from the forum members to treat the high RBC and GGT values.

Homeopathic Remedies
Phosphorus, Chelidonium Majus
Phosphorus: Phosphorus is effective for liver-
related issues and works well when there are
elevated liver enzymes. It is also beneficial for
conditions involving blood disorders such as
increased RBC count and hemoglobin.
Chelidonium Majus: Chelidonium is particularly
useful for liver dysfunction, specifically when
liver enzymes like SGPT and GGT are elevated. It
also helps in improving liver function and
addressing associated symptoms.
Dosage and Potency,

Phosphorus 30C: Take 2 drops or 5 pellets once
daily in the morning.

Chelidonium Majus 30C: Take 2 drops or 5
pellets once daily in the evening.

He is using the prescribed medicines since last week. NO Physical or mind symptoms are visible. Will he continue the same medicines.
Further, it is to mention that he has an issue with procrastination since long. He
desires to procrastinate each and every work or activities. Habit of postponing everything for the next day untill he is forced to do. Blame others, if fails. Great laziness. Are there any relation between high Haemoglobinin blood and procrastination.

Will he repeat the blood tests now to check any improvement in the parameters. Kindly advise
