Cat in pain; diarrhea; just vomited rice-like particles.

I tried researching on my own but I’m not clear on how to identify Moom’s issue and how to treat it. Thank you for your valuable time.

For roughly 2 days my cat has had short bouts of very loose diarrhea. He is mowing in pain/discomfort prior to using the litter box. Hes using the box about 3x more than usual.

I initially thought it might have been irritation from drinking out of the toilet bowl which had a chemical cleaning tablet attached (that is now removed for safety reasons, and the lid is staying shut). He appeared to be improving with Arsenicum Album 30. Now, not so much.

*An hour ago he vomited rice-like particles with, I believe, little wrapped bits of fur, and he’s more lethargic. The color is a deeper shade of brown. There appears to be a kind of sediment mixed in it as well. I’ll attach a photo of his vomit. (To be clear there is a Q-tip next to the vomit as I tried to thoroughly observe it)

-I haven’t seen him drink much today.
-He still had an appetite this morning//afternoon.
-He’s in need of my attention and comfort more than usual.
-His butt “looks” okay; no redness or swelling, but he’s very adamant about bathing it.
-He’s urinating fine.
-I’ve checked his poop and I see nothing unusual within it. Just very loose and solid brown color.
-His nose is more on the dry side, and warm-ish.

Please advise anything I can give him to help.

I have a fairly large collection of remedies & tinctures due to an OCD-driven determination to have whatever I might need on-hand for those I love. I pray I can turn to them to help my little one.

I’m concerned my other cat and my dog have parasite issues as well. This cat has the most immediate need for attn.
