Infertility issues could be endometriosis or can be Fistula from Uterus to bladder
Hi, I have been trying to conceive for 5 months now but I cannot. I checked my AMH level it shows : 2.05 and follicle counts shows 9 follicles. from couple of months I am also seeing that I am having periods through Urethral opening and my urine get blood red but happened only during periods time. And in normal days I have urine leakage issues. I am not sure if these can affect my fertility but I assuming that this can endometriosis or can be fistula between Uterus and Bladder. Is there any than help me to get pregnant and get rid of such issues of bleeding through urethral during periods.preeti90v on 2024-07-09

I have already done by sonography it says everything is normal so I am not sure why I am bleeding through urethral only during menstrual cycle and occasionally urine lekeages.

I have been having failed convincing too, I do have right epdomen pain mostly but not too strong very light. While I wake up instantly from bed I have cramps at my pelvic area which vanished in seconds. I rarely have pain during periods, sometime have headaches but I think I have breathing difficult some time before periods but I thought it can be acid reflux/Gerd issues.Never missed any period not have heavy bleeding. But the periods which flows from urethral is new for couple of menturational cycle and the whole comord become red with bloody urine and I also tested for UTI and kidney stone it shows nothing. My sanitary pad uper side usually get wet rather than lower part. I hope helps this now to an extend.
Also for medicine when should I take it before food day or night if you help me that too.
