help with understanding aggravation
hi all,I am seeing a doctor near by my home for insomnia, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis and some other problems, he asked me to take nux vomica 30 three times a day 10 drops, kali phos 30x 4 pellets three times a day. After two days i reported to him that once medicine is taken i am feeling better with neck pain but i havent been able to sleep for more than 3 hours. He asked me to take kali phos 200c 5 drops two times a day and nux vomica same like before.
I took one dose of kali phos 200c and nux vomica and slept considerably better. Before medicine i had more discomfort in right side than left side. After medicine i am having discomfort on left side.
My question is
1. how to interpret this? Should i reduce dosage till aggravation goes away ? ( Is it normal a medicine aggravates same symptoms on healthier side?
2. After medicine for 4-6 hours i feel better, then feels pain pain discomfort like before. ( I still dont have a clear understanding of myself ). Should I continue dosage as before or should i reduce or should i wait more before taking next?
My doctor seems reluctant to discuss dosage or potency with me . I still plan to continue with doc for sometime before i decide if i need any change.
Can someone pls help with my understanding of medicine
