Eczema 4 yr old daughter

Hi my daughter has a circle rounded eczema, see the attached photo. It appeared after eating strawberries. Its itchy, she is scratching it until it bleeds. The warm makes it worse. The skin is dry in the circle. She is lovely smart big blue eyed girl. She loves singing. Sometimes she doesnt like hugs and touching. She loves eating meat. She has histamine intolerance.
