Vaginal atrophy with bladder issues

Hi, if I can have a suggestion please. I am 49 and postmenopausal. Vaginal dryness and corresponding urge to urinate frequently. Plenty of urine there. No pain passing urine. Irritability of bladder after evening shower. Worse lying down. Seems to be worse with heat. Dry vagina. No sex drive. Better for small sips of water. Can shiver uncontrollably at night, when in bed. Better in the morning after sleep.

Thank you, I had success with Sepia. The symptoms subsided but then returned after a week. It seems I still have a bit of a hormone cycle happening. Can I resume with the Sepia? How long can I take Sepia for please? I am still taking the Ferr Phos and Nat Mur.
