8 years old very noisy behaviour

Hello everyone i think i have a very big problem with my second son 8 years old.
A little feedback: the problems begins when he was 4 years old at school. He had a very noisy bahaviour but without violence. Teachers said it was because of excitement. Then doctors said maybe it was because of enlarged adenoids and tonsils and his difficulty of breathing.
I try a lot with homeopathy since he was 4 years old. I gave him a lot of different remedies but without any change.
Before 2 months we did surgery but nothimg change.
Now he is very noisy, his voice is very loud, he hits his brothers and sisters. We talk to him a lot but i think we talk to the wall.
He tell us that when they are a lot of people he cannot resistance to do bad things and his head hurts and cannot stop.
We spend a lot of hours to talk him about bad behaviors but never understand. Last month i gave him stramonium 200ch and then 1M. Nothing change, maybe worst.
I think i want to give him something to undo all the remedies i gave him all years.
If there is any point i can write what remedies i had give him.
I need help to restore all these but also i think he is old enough to understand.
His father works a lot and i think he misses him.
