eustachian tube dysfunction due to hiatus hernia
Last year i lost my hearing with a severe pain in the jaw because fluid was not draining out of my ear. I developed an middle ear infection which the followed labarynthitis. This year I was advised by GP I have eustachian tube dysfunction. They said there is not medicine for it unless I get vertigo. I previously had a sinus surgery. Now last two months I have acid reflux due to hiatus hernia which is resulting in repeated left ear issue. I keep getting fluid build up in the middle ear. I was given silicea for 2 days it helped but I was told to stop now the symptom is back with mild vertigo. Symptoms include block sensation of the ear, ear pain and mucus back of my throat due to acid reflux. I had severe vertigo in the past with vomiting that resulted in the Hiatus hernia because my vomiting lasted 4 hours each day for 5 weeks due to vertigo.elizabethwr on 2024-08-18

At the moment it is intense pressure in my left ear. Crackling and popping sound in the ear and left sided lightheadedness. Otitis media and eustachian tube dysfunction.
