very slowly developing sore throat
starting since about 24 hours I have been very slowly developing a sore throat. This is way back on the right side of my throat in the postnasal area moving from throat up to the right nostril at the back.The area in the throat feels very inflamed and hurts when air moves over it when breathing or is worse if the fan is turned on in the room. Pain is much reduced when drinking anything warm, even warm water. Even sleeping is difficult since the feeling of breathing air hurts a pit.
Please suggest any remedies.
