Heart rate is high

I am 41yr male old with Type II diabetes, HbA1c - 7.4
I have also BP taking Cilnidipine 10.

I have only the issue with resting heart rate which is 95 to 105.

Please suggest any medicine can helps to reduce heart rate.

I have tried aconite 30 but its not working.

I have no other issues everything is under control.

I do not want to take allopathy medicine for this.

My Cholesterol - Total = 233
Cholesterol - LDL - 118
Triglycerides - 396
Cholesterol- VLDL - 79.2
Cholesterol - HDL - 35

Glucose - Fasting 109
Hemoglobin 16.5

My Height - 5.5ft
Weight - 73kg

Please suggest.

For Diabetic:
Nat Sulph 6X and Nat Phos 6X, 4 pills from each, 4-5 times daily
For BP:
Allium sativum Q, 10 drops in some water, 2 times daily.

please tell me how is your thirst?

My thirst is good I am vegetarian but after taking diabetic medicine thirst is under control. Fasting 108 and PP 160 to 180. At evening my urination is high. 4 to 5 times. Morning time I have no issues BP and Sugar only after evening time.

Without medicine thirst is high only at evening time. PP was 190 to 220.

Also one thing i forgot to mentioned, my eyes are getting red at morning, is these medicines will be helpful? Some time Burning in eyes with red. Stool also some time dark.
