Hair twirling - 8 year old

Hello
My son twirls his hair aggressively while trying to relax, to the point that his hair is thin on his head in areas. He has always done it while watching tv, going to sleep, whenever he’s trying to relax. It’s like a compulsive habit, he does not pull the hair out but he wraps it around his finger so tight that it tugs on his scalp and sometimes hair falls out but generally he just creates a tightness sensation.
He is very active, hard to sit still, very slight so more underweight than anything, light eater, too busy to sit and eat, quite challenging to get him to sit still at dinner for more than 10mins. Well behaved but active, not rebellious or naughty, but very active. I feel he is exhausted easily. Tired often and burnt out. His hair is very thin on top where he twists it rapidly around his finger. He is fairly neat, likes things in order, sensitive emotionally. Very prone to eye chalzion and styes. Cries easily if he’s made fun of. Sleeps well. Often has accidents in his underwear not realising he needs to have a bowel movement until he’s stained his underwear then passes huge well formed bowel movements! Not sure if that’s any help finding a remedy. Thankyou for any suggestions.

Hello
I have given my son Ignatia 30c and Kali Phos tissue salts, he has been twirling his hair much less, we have also cut his hair back short so that helps too. HIs energy has lifted, very grateful! Thank you so much.

He is still soiling in his underwear every day, hes very embarrassed about it. He seems too busy to want to go to the toilet so he must hold on I think. Is there anything you can suggest? I really appreciate your help! Thankyou

Also, he feels full from the smallest amount of food, almost always only able to eat a few mouthfuls before saying hes full. And i have heard he has tummy rumbles like bubbling.

Hello
My 9yr old son has been bullied at school for his skinny build, his bones in his chest are showing, he’s a fit active person but quite slim. He’s been soiling his underwear a lot lately and I did give him Ignatia 30c but not 3 x daily, it seemed to make little difference.
His self esteem is low at the moment and he desperately wants to gain weight. He was very teary tonight about his body and his chest. Is there anything else you can suggest? He’s under height and underweight but then both myself and my husband are small framed people.

I feel like he burns off any food that I feed him, and he doesn’t want to go to pass stool at school and he’s too busy playing to do it. He has had issues with his teacher, he was yelled at and told that he’s 9 and he should be packing his own lunch by now and he’s been very emotional ever since. Humiliated and ashamed. He has also been bullied by friends a lot in the last month, humiliated and had his pants pulled down. He responded with anger and violence towerds the other boy. He had a stone thrown at his face and he responded again with aggression slapping the friend. Then tears came “I never want to play with them ever again until the day I die”. Help!
