undiagnosed joint pain with inflammation

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have an undiagnosed condition that affects the joints of my body. I get severe pain with swelling (visible on the knuckles), and sometimes it is warm to the touch.

The pain is mostly in the movement of the joints, but sometime the pain is constant even if I am not moving.

There is not one particular joint, it happens mostly in my knees, shoulders, wrists and/or knuckles.

I have had various blood tests to check for any allergies or for any type of arthritis but they have all come back negative. The GPs here prescribe anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprufen but I am severely allergic to all NSAIDs (Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs). The Allergic reaction manifests with shortness of breath followed by heart palpitations and chest congestions, and difficulty in breathing. it has also sometimes shown signs of rash on my arms and face.

The episodes used to be once every six months but now the frequency has increased, with one happening almost every other week. Also, it usually lasted for 2 to 3 days but now it seems to be lasting longer. The current episode has been ongoing for over 10 days where there was severe pain in my wrist and then it moved to my shoulder.

I am in desperate need of help. I am happy to answer any more queries that you may have. please advise a remedy.
