Muscle twitches/spasms all over body

Good day. My husband (healthy 47 year old) has been having muscle spasms in his whole body for a few months. EMG of right arm shows pinched ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel. But does not explain rest of body twitching, worsened with stress. Looking up on internet is not advised :( CPK showed lower end of normal range so we are *hopefully* ruling out neurodegenerative soon as MRI is Tuesday. I have arnica Montana and cuprum metallicum. Was going to start him on them tonight(?). Any help is much appreciated.

In addition Nat Mur 6X and Mag Phos 6X five tabs of each three times a day.
