2 years housebound with Histamine intolerance!! Help
Hello, I am a 20-year-old woman and I’ve had long COVID for 2 years. After the infection, I developed histamine intolerance, postural tachycardia, and severe anxiety and panic attacks. I react especially to certain foods and medications. When I was little, I often had eczema (maybe due to histamine intolerance?), but it was helped by homeopathy at the time. However, after COVID, everything came back much stronger, and now I’m housebound and unable to go to school. Does anyone have knowledge or experience on how to calm down my histamine response? I’m shy, perfectionistic, and a people pleaser. I’m a tall blonde woman with blue eyes and a very pale face . I love salty foods and cold weather. I’m sensitive to weather changes and feel my best in the evening. My periods are regular but painful.doris1 on 2024-10-10
