Urinary Incontinence/ Bladder issues

Hello,
I have been having incontinence since giving birth. I am now also having discomfort in the bladder and urethra. I have the urge to urinate, but nothing comes out. I leak when walking, jumping, sneezing, coughing.

Right now, symptoms feel worse in the evening.
I feel very full, like I need to have a bowel movement and am not getting enough out.

I have tried the remedies pulsatilla, nux vomica, and Causticum.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

NUX VOM 200

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.

DAY 4 ONWARDS

EQUISETUM 30.

Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION CALC PHOS 6X AND MAG PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

While taking medicines, use common sense in diet to avoid everything you know to be hurtful, or doubtful.

Thank you so much.
I have nux vomica 200 in tablets. Would that work as well or is it better to get the liquid ?

Perfect. So to use pellets instead of liquid nux, would I put them in water? And does one pellet equal one drop?
