Menopausal symptoms Dr Anuj shrivastv please

I am 48 years old female.I am suffering from irregular menses for past few months.i had last periods two months back but it was not normal flow just spotting for few days only.
I am having sleep problems and anger issues,irritablity forgetting things and names.Suddenly feeling very hot in the middle of night needing more air in room even in cold weather than after sometime return to normal feeling cold again. Rough skin brittle nails tummy fat thinning hair. Sugar cravings especially chocolate
Kindly advice me some medicine to control these symptoms please and regulate my periods 🙏

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

NUX VOM 200

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.


DAY 2 ONWARDS

LACHESIS 200.


Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times A WEEK.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION Ferr. phos. 6x, Kali phos. 6x FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.



While taking medicines, use common sense in diet to avoid everything you know to be hurtful, or doubtful.
