Cant sweat on face, Sjogrens patient

Hi, I am 38 years old female from India. My face cannot sweat and I feel very discomfort, always get red marks on my face that looks like bumps on face. Armpits sweat alot. Other body also cant sweat much. Recently diagnosed with Sjogrens Syndrome because of which eyes are dry and taking medication for same. Its only eye drops.
Would be very helpful if I can get medication which can help me to sweat on my face and I can get relieved from.this sweating problem. Thank you in advance.
