can cell salts be 3x, 6x or even 12x?

Hello, maybe someone here can clarify this. I used to buy Bioplasma, the combo cell salt product manufactured by Hylands. They changed from soft tablets to larger tablets and give you less product for more price, so I was looking at other options. Hylands product includes salts at 3x and 6x dilutions. Helios makes a combination cell salt product that has all the cell salts at a 6x dilution. A local (for me; USA) distributor of a combo 12 Schuessler salt product puts all the salts at a 12x dilution.

Does it matter? Is 12x still considered a low enough dilution that it is materially a salt? Is it a less effective material salt if it is a higher dilution? Is it better to seek the lowest possible dilutions (3x, 6x) -- or is 12x a suitable substitute?
