Inflammation and bruises due to Botox

Please help!!! My sister had Botox done in her forehead, around the eye and upper lips, she was supposedly allergic and they didn’t ask her before doing that!!! Now she has severe inflammation and bruises on her lids, and upper mouth, she can’t even talk properly and her eyelashes turned into her eye!!!
!!! She has been taking arnica for 2 days (3 x 2 pellet of 30c) and not much changes!! Please help if you can! Thank you

only the first one says its in United States and shipping comes to $20 (total about $30), and they have only 6ch! the rest say from India! I can buy on Ebay from India cheaper, but dont want to wait 15-20 days, thanks
ps. is this only good for skin inflammation or it can be good for internal inflammation such as stomach and throat? thanks
