Night cough with vomiting Dr Anuj

Its been a few days that my 3 years old son is sick with a cold. He first had a very runny nose with slimy mucous(yellow, green and now more transparent). And now he is waking up at night with a very hard cough, so bad that it makes him vomit. He mostly vomits water with slimy mucous and yesterday I saw some green mucous coming out as well. Its always between 4 and 5am.
He also has an itchy skin, yeterday he was mostly itchy on his knees and scalp.
He, of course, completely lost his appetite. He generally always struggle with his appetite and I regularly have to give him sulfur 15c to help, and it works really well on him. Its been a while now that I didnt give it.
Thanks for tour help!

I took him to the doctor yesterday, he said that he didnt hear any sign of infection in the lungs. He didnt prescribe antibiotics but my son is not in a good state. Here are his typical symptoms at the moment:
- its like instead of drying up he always has more mucous.
-at night his cough gets very difficult and always ends up in vomiting clear water with foam. This always happens between 4am and 5am
- he wakes up every morning with pus in his left eye
-he is always nauseaus even when he just has to blow his nose.

Thank you for your help!
