Constant rattling cough and stuffed ear

Hello,

I am looking for a remedy for heavy, rattling cough in my 12 year old daughter? I have tried Pulsatilla since the expectoration was greenish/yellowish, Ant Tart for the rattling but nothing works. It´s the 7th day of heavy coughing throughout the day and staying home. It started with a fever (I gave Bell200) and the fever went down but it was lingering for 5 days. The past 2 days she has complained of a sensation of cotton ball in right ear. She says she hears everything but something different in the inside hearing (how she hears her voice inside when she speaks). I suspect she got this about 10-14 days ago when she complained of having water in her ears and then she went out to a -10 degrees cold weather, just my feeling. I would really like to receive some help with choosing remedies. Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try single dose of Lyc 30c, for the cough.
For the ears, try Kali-m 6x cell salts, 4 tabs * 3 times a day. If it doesnt improve a day, update.
What was the order of the remedies taken?
Remedies are not given on the basis of a single symptom match alone, other symptoms need to be considered before a remedy is finalised.
Directions - Drop a single pellet of the remedy into a cup of water, stir gently to dissolve the pellet completely and take only a teaspoon, one teaspoon constitutes a single dose.
