Tinnitus

I am a 58-year-old woman. I am kind and conscientious. I always want to help everyone and Im happy to take a stand on many things. This means that I talk a lot about the problems in the world with my husband.

Ive been kind all my life and Ive had to suffer for it many times. I have been taken advantage of financially and emotionally. I have been beaten and mocked. Even my father wished (when I was 12 years old) that I had not been born. Nevertheless, I took care of dad and grandma until they died. Mom is still alive, but Im not in touch with her because shes mean to me and drinks a lot of alcohol. My father was also an alcoholic.

My father died of coronary artery disease. The mother has also been diagnosed with coronary artery disease. He has had one heart attack.

My problem is neck pain and tinnitus. The tinnitus started about six years ago. At that time, I practiced a lot of pull-up and often after the practice I got pain in my neck and dizziness. It was probably that I was doing too heavy an exercise for my condition. In addition, I was mentally tough because I was taking care of my father and grandmother. It was one of the hardest times of my life. I never received a thank you.


The tinnitus starts at its worst in the evenings and I have to listen to music all night to fall asleep. Tinnitus is like the sound of a machine in the head. The pressure is in the back of the head. Exercise reduces noise. When the buzzing is bad, I also feel dizzy.

I am a painter (art) and my neck tenses up a lot when I paint.

Also, I have itching around my anus. That always starts in the evenings. When it really itches, you have to scratch with paper and then you get sores.

There is a vibration in the heel of the right foot. Its been coming for a couple of weeks now. I injured the side of my heel a year ago. A needle went through the side of the heel. However, the injury healed well.

On the left side of the neck, sometimes it feels like ants are climbing up the neck (nerves?).

I cry a lot because Im afraid of getting sick. When Im in this state, I dont want to meet anyone. I just want to be alone, even though Im scared.

I had the latest medicine Lachesis because I couldnt sleep. It helped a lot. Its a full moon now and I havent slept in a couple of nights.

I also wrote here on 12.1. to the message thread Accident which was answered by Not a doc1. I told in the message thread that I fell on a skiing trip. I ordered Ruta Graveolens C30 because my buttocks and coccyx are still sore. I think there is no fracture because I can still move. Getting up hurts the most.
