Repertoires and different results

There are different repertoires , no one is complete, as some give importance to mental symptoms which are most important but clinical unproved. I was treating a case of chill, heat ,sweat and chill without fever. Patient told that normally daily he had heat and sweat on night when environment temperature was 16 to 19 degrees Celsius and chill more times during day when temperature was 27 to 29 degrees celsius. It is strange symptom and show mind has taken over body ,so I asked for mental symptoms,as fears and other aspects of routine life, appetite, thirst desires, aversion, love, hate , emotional life, medical history, family stress. Heart, hypertension, Hyperthyroidism and allergic rhinitis medicines of allopathy system were on maintenance doses . Every thing can create symptoms. I tried many medicines as symptoms indicated , over all patient is feeling better but chill ,heat sweat and chill is still continued and now others complaints like insomnia at night, falling asleep difficult at night has been treated.
