Histamine 1m repeation?

Patient has allergic rhinitis clinical/ allopathically verified since childhood. Came for help and finally histamine 30 200 1m was given . Patient showing improvement six months ago. Now Allergic rhinitis relapsed again. What should be potency of histamine
to be given, 1000,10000 single dose or LM Potency be repeated as symptoms indicate. Male 62,heart patient , hypertension, Hyperthyroidism under allopathic control.

As per my experience observation period more than 9 months has passed and keeping in his age and weak immunity , I shall go for LM POTENCIES starting from 0/6 which can be repeated by PLUSING method with out any risk.
