This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You dont have any choice in deciding which problem is to be treated first in homeopathy. The patient gets well in the reverse order of the appearance of problems.
Homeopathic treatment is related to the patient and not to the disease. You have to describe the patient as to what type of person she is. Her mental disposition, likes and dislikes are very important. Preference for type of weather and aggravation or amelioration from movement and rest are also to be mentioned. Medical history from childhood also help.
Is the patient diabetic? Does she lead a sedentary lifestyle? Is she taking junk food?
The second patient also should be described in similar fashion.
The success of homeopathic prescription depends on how well you describe your symptoms assuming that the prescriber is a knowledgeable person.
