Malabsorption, Constipation. Sex Weakness.

I m 40 year old married male, height 167 cm, weight 80 Kg.

I am introvert, inferiority complex, confidence level is very low.

Althogh I m but very weak, lethargic, cant concentrate on anything, cant do any labourious work also have male weakness. Desire for sex is very very low.

Have the problem of Constipation, incomplete evacuation since childhood, in fact this is my family problem my father also has same issue from his childhood. He is 80 years old now.

Sometimes there is no urge for stool for many days. Sometimes daily evacuation but hardly ever I felt satisfied or felt releif of complete evacuation of bowels.

Feel very heavy from inside, whatever I eat I feel like it will make me fat as I am already overweight. Always mouth ulcer.

There is a yellowish, white layer with small dots on the tongue, mouth ulcers are frequent.

Cant sleep properly, most of the times it is very difficult to fall asleep, incidents of the old past or present keep repeating in sleep, therefore, doesnt feel refreshed after waking up in the morning. Frequent urination, have to wake up during night and most of the times cant sleep again after waking if during night, mind starts working, thinking immediately. Feel pain in the veins of brain. REELING HEAD

Muscles, veins, eyes keeps on twitching, feel sensation, numbness in parts of the body. If I sit in same position for 10-15 minutes it will start to numb or tingling even if holding mobile with one hand, tingling will start in few minutes. Also happens in sleep.

Took treatment from a Neurologist doctor for this problem for more than a year but the problem is still not completely cured. He gave me antidepressent medicines and multi vitamins.

Also Taking medicine for Hypothyroid (100 mg) since 2017 and for high BP (40 mg) from last 2 years.

Had the wrong habits from very young age of 11-12, did it for so many years and had developed a condition where watery liquid starts leaking from private part when talking to a girl, even during NORMAL CONVERSATION but it does not stop erection although it is difficult to achieve erection due to almost complete loss of desire. Size reduced and become very short. PART AND TESTIS FEEL LIKE SHRINKED. Also feel pain in part when urinating and after urinating for 1-2 days after loss of liquid or having sex. Good erection during sleep but vanishes in 1-2 minutes after waking.

Defficiency of Semen is also felt.

Ayurvedic doctor gave me some very potent medicine for male weakness, increase desire but nothing worked.

Ayurvedic doctor is of the view that this is due to very old stomach issues, intestines are not absorbing food, nutrients Therefore could not gain any strength despite taking quality medicines.

Ayurvedic doctor has advised me to take panchkarma treatment for complete detoxification of Gut to correct Malabsorption but it is very expensive and also not available in my city besides being very expensive also.

Sweats a lot, forehead, occipital, scalp above ears remain wet during summers have to clean every 4-5 minutes.

My palms, foot also sweats a lot even during WINTERS, even if I clean the palms repeatedly but remains moist so I avoid shaking hands with anyone. In feet, sweat is stinky. A homoeoathic doctor had prescribed me ACID NIT 1 dose daily for 15-20 days and told me that I will have to repeat it after every 1 year or more to avoid smelly feet. So I repeat it whenever feet starts stinking again.

Palms remains so hot during summers that can not touch my face, feels like it will burn my face, feels excessive heat.

Sweat is salty also, clothes also get torn very early due to this.

From last few years, sometimes when coughing, or turning head, standing up, feel like connection from the world is lost for a few seconds then comes back to normal.

Cant open full eyes in daylight, feel pressure on eyes while doing so. Like dark or dim lights.
keep the eyes half open when outside in broad daylight.

I m very emotional person, cant see any old man, women or child doing labour for their living, will immediately have tears in my eyes, help them as per my capacity and think for them when I alone.

I cry also but never in front of anybody, doesnt want anybody to feel my pain, feels they will consider me weak.

If somebody ignores me, it hurts me a lot, try to stay away from such peoples but the problem is sorted in minutes if they call me or talk to me even after years.

Doesnt want anybody to do anything for me i feel burdened and grateful to them even for very little help or favour.


Often immerse in deep thoughts of doing something great, becoming famous and sometimes deep thoughts of Dying.

Low in confidence, cant speak in front of crowd, cant even speak my name when everybody is concentrating on me, feels like voice is stuck in the throat, try to avoid facing crowd.

Cant concentrate. will check lights many times after switching off to confirm. Checks lock by pulling and will come back again to see if I have locked it or not. In other works also I will check repeatedly.

I have heard that even the small symptoms are important in homoeopathy, that is why shared. Kindly let me know if I need to share anything else.

Have visited many homoeopathy, ayurveda doctors but no complete result.

Medicines taken in the past many years are (As prescribed by different doctors) are-

Tribulus Terestris, Ferum MET, China, Acid Phos, KALMEGH, Chelidonium, Agnus Castus, Aegle Marmelus, Silicea, Nux Vomica, Acid Nit, Lac Defloratum, Sulphur and MANY OTHERS also, name of which were not revealed by the doctors.
