Taken expired homeopathic medicine

I have taken expired homeopathic medicine.bio combination 28.After taking it I dont feel urge for passing urine even after 2 days. Please advice if it affected my kidneys.

Homeopathic meds shelf life is decades.
You should take the remedy or salts that match your condition- You had too much of a remedy you do not need.
This will wear off. You could take a dose of Nux vomica 30c to help speed up the removal. The problem with combos is one does not know when one or another remedy is wrong or too high strength and needs to be stopped.

Please check I have taken bio combination 28 tablets that contains 12 cell salts.date printed on bottle is of 2008.i take only 2 tablets and after that on next day i dont feel urge for urine. I am completely fine before taking medicine. I feeling very nervous. I think it effected my kidneys.

Homeopathic preparations are known to last 50 years- They put expiry dates on bc required by law in some places. You had too much of some salts. Take the nux vomica to antidote- Nux vomica acts on anything that was too much- meds, food, alcohol etc.
