Alternative constipation and diarrhea# dr anuj shrivastv
Dear Doctor anuj shrivastvI am 49 year old female have history of gastritis and gastric asthama and most of the times I am on stomach medicines. I normally dont eat outside but
three weeks before I had a fish burger from outside and it had lot of red chillis I didnt finish it all but I am having stomach pain and diarrhea since having it if I take medicine for diarrhea I get constipation.i have noticed of I eat chilli I get this problem There is light pain in lower abdominal area looks like I got some gut infection and I dont want to use antibiotics please suggest me some medicine

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
ARS ALB 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X AND KALI MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
