Uterine Fibroid

Dear Sir
I am Anita Age 40; I have Uterine Fibroid. My height 5.2” Weight: 55kg my All reports are normal.
Size: Uterus 11.6 x 7.0 x 5.0 Bulky in size.
Right lateral wall intramural-subserosal Fibroid seen Size 44 x 35 x 32 mm.

Due to Heavy Bleeding, I was Rx with Allopathy Medicine which helps.
After that I continued with Homeopathy and due to sometime strenuous work I am facing same issues of sometime Uterus bleeding .
I am taking homeopathy medicine that was Rx by doctor.

1.Cali Carb 0/4
2.Conium 30
3.Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum 30

Sometime I am facing bleeding please suggest any additional effective medicine. So that it will helps to reduce or cure the Uterus Fibroid. As I do not want to remove my Uterus. Homeopathy was working well. I again visited to the same doctor and she said you have to continues this medicine only, there is no other medicine for you. If you have any other suggestion, please do let me know. Kindly please do let me know if you
