Looking for some guidance on certain chronic symptoms.
Hello,I would like to ask for some guiding suggestions on my chronic issues.
Im 26 years old male. The following are symptoms Ive been experiencing for more than a year.
- constant sensation of chest tightness, construction, heaviness, as is there was a weight on it, as if a cord was wrapped around it. I dont feel anxious or anything like that. I dont cough. This sensation spreads to shoulders and upper back/spine. The sensation doesnt seem urgent but it is annoying. Sometimes I picture this sensation as a ball of grief which doesnt let go.
- less emotional reaction. As if my heart cannot cry or be joyful properly. For example, I used to be very responsive to music, now I dont even listen to music because even though it can sound nice, my body is like a wall that cannot enjoy it like before. Some days Im uncharacteristically moody and sad.
- dry mouth but NOT dry lips, eyes... Tap water doesnt quench the dryness. Thirst is not always there when I have dry mouth. Skin is dry too but this was already before this chronic disease.
- cracking joints, for example in hips, fingers (thumb), elbow, shoulder. No pain, only cracking.
- loss of energy. Im tired more often. I dont wake up rested.
- stools are not always healthy. Sometimes after a bowel movement I feel unwell.
- loss of sexual desire. Erection is present. Semen is of bad quality (watery, low volume).
Im a student of medicine myself but I also need to hear someone more experienced.
Thank you and have a nice day.
Zan
