Injury around ankle due to sprain
Hello DoctorIts been around 20days since I have strained my ankle
I fell down on the uneven road .Had taken Arnica200 and Ruta 200 and also Rhustox 30 recommended by someone,took an xray also ,everything alright.now whenever I climb up and down the stairs and if standing for long time ,the pain starts plz help me …

Symphytum 1m
Hypericum 1m
Ruta 1m
Take 5 ml of each medicines and mix them well. Take 15 drops in 15 ml of water, 4 times in a day.if you have severe pain than you can repeat the doses in every 15 minutes till 4 doses.
Apart from medicines just go for heat and cold therapy. Start with hot application on the injured area then immediately apply cold application. Do it 3 times and finally stop with heat application. Do it 2 times in a day and specially before sleep.
Report after a week.
