so I am suffering from a problem from 17 march 2023. I was sleeping peacefully suddenly I got breathing issues and the next day I had chest pain and high heart rate when to the doctor had my echo heart , ecg ,blood thyroid test , hemoglobin test , chest. ray , everything was normal. but I noticed a thing that when I stand up my heart rate inc. since then Im suffering from this and not able to figure out what to do.my problem are
1) high heartrate when standing.
2) when walking or standing palpitations along with vertigo,dizziness, vission blurry everything out of focus , brain fog , sleepy feeling, extrem weakness and extrem fatigue like feels like Im not able to even stand or hold my body , if stand for more long i. feels like Im in dream or everything is unreal. sometimes headache too. pain in legs. feets turn red pinkish. breathlessness
3) brain fog all days and dream feeling.
4) restlessness after sunset along with breathing issues even my heartbeat is normal. breathing patterns issue or air hunger mostly after sunset or sometime in day also.
5) head aches or pressure like feeling
6) ringing in the ear
7) when I had air hunger i get cough and black out in my eyes with wave like vertigo and numbness in legs and hand.
8) fatigue all the day along with sleepy feeling and mental dullness extreme after or during exertion.
9) stomach issues, digestion issues and nausea feeling especially when nervous.
I maybe be pots but not officially diagnosed yet.
please help me bro im sitting at the home from last 2 years not even able to attend college missing on my studies too
tell me homeopathy treatment what to do now? please help Im suffering from very bad time and it is affecting my mental health.
I am very nervous kind of a person by birth , skinny and tall height. 2021 mid to 2023 Feb I had chronic stress due to study related issue.

Arsenic album 30....4 doses daily...15 drops in 15 ml of water.
Take first dose when u wake up in the morning, have breakfast after half an hour.
Carbo veg 6x pallets. 4 pallets 3 doses daily.
Iris ver 200....daily 1 dose only before sleep.
Report after a week.

Im not diabetic
No family issue like that but only before my birth my father suffered chronic anxiety issue. And also he has varicose veins.
I dont have anemia.
My bp generally remains on lower side maybe due to pots.
I have chronic stress before this condition started because of my school. So I had little stress or pressure for about 1 year.
And the day it started I ate a lot that day.
Im tall skinny male. And shy nervous kind of a person by birth only.
But due to this not my mental health is affecting as Im sitting at home from 2years with same routine LONELY.
