PMDD and Long Menstrual
Hello,I am a 35 year old female, 140 pounds, 5ft 4.
Ive been experiencing PMDD since 2014 and long periods lasting 15 days since 2018. This is how my month usually goes...1st wk everything is fine no symptoms. Second week I start to feel cramping pain from my neck to my lower back, breast, hip area and viginal area. A pain that doesnt allow to to concentrate on my tasks I sometimes constantly have to move or lay down. I feel fatigue and migraines. I experience depression and Im short tempered. The third week the pain level increases from 6 to 8-10. I start spotting. The blood most of the time does not reach the pad it is stuck within the canal. Then the 4th week I get my period normally and the symptoms decreases at a 5. It gradually decreases and im now experiencing overy cramping and headaches only, weakness and fatigue. The body pain decreases. The blood is medium to heavy. Soon all the symptoms decrease and stop.
The cycle begins again with a new month.
I started experiencing my extreme body pain and long periods after studying and working a wood working job. I was dealing with carrying heavy sheets of plywood, wood and machines and sanding down wood. Also using toxic materials. Before that I was working a cleaning job dealing with hard labor and toxic materials as well. Over the years before 2014 Ive dealt with depression and family issues. After 2014 I dealt with Marriage and then divorce and overall life stressors. I havnt been sexually active for religious reasons since divorcing in 2016. Before the divorce i was on birth control for 3 years.
Ive been to the doctor after the birth control and all they recommend is therapy and birth control. They all performed a dnc and ot made my period normal for a couple of months. Then it went back to how it is. Therapy helps the depression and exercise is ok but doesnt solve the body pain and spotting, headaches etc. In the past I even changed my diet, no meat, coffee, oil etc it didnt help.
Is there a doctor that can help me? Its been 8 years at its extreme.

Let me know if you have any family history of any common disease?

Where do you feel pain ? Type of pain throbbing/pulsating/hammering?
Cramping pain. Neck to lower back mainly located on both sides of the spine and under the arm blade both sides. Breast tenderness and cramping, vaginal cramping like period is arriving.
How your migraines begins? Start with eyes and settle down to left side? Or right side? Or whole head? Or settle down in occiput?
Starts at both sides of my head then my eyes then my forehead.
Is menstrual cycle long last 15 days every month? Or sometimes?
Its always 15 days all the time
Are you still depressed?
Depression is better, occurs only when the cycle process begins like I described
Do u feel vaginal pain during menses or all the time? Its 1 week before spotting and continues until menses finishes. I described all of this already
Let me know if you have any family history of any common disease?
No common disease, just hypertension
Do u like warm weather or cold?
I prefer cooler weather

NUX VOMICA 1M...1 dose weekly.
Sepia 1M ,...after an hour 1 dose weekly.
This is your first day dose. After 24 hrs start below remedies.
Epihysterinum 200...2 doses weekly.
Ambra grisea 200...one dose daily.
Do not take both medicines at same time. Take epihyst in the morning and ambra in the evening.
The day when u take nux and sepia then do not take epihyst and ambra.
10 drops in 15ml of water make a dose.
Always take medicines before or after an hour of meals.
Caulophyllum 200...keep it in your pocket once menses start..whenever you feel pain just take a dose..if there is severe pain you can repeat it in every half an hour. Otherwise 1 dose will make you feel fine.
Do not take any allopathic medicines with these medicines without knowing me.
Report after 2 weeks.

If i take ambra daily that means I skip days of taking it if on those days I am taking nux and sep?
But isnt ambra everyday?

Yes right, do not take any medicine on the day when u take nux and sepia.
This is the prescription to detoxify you. My second prescription will cure you.
