Hemorrhoids - would appreciate your help

Hi there,

I am 48 year old male with recent flareups in my hemorrhoids. Around 10 years ago I had a bad case (first time) where I had delat with hemorrhoids and through homeopathic medication I was able to cure them.
10 year later I am again delaing with a case of hemorrhoids. In the mornings after passing stool I feel hemorrhoids while washing my bottom. They are size of a blurberry and while I wash they disappear (I am guessing they go back inside.

They are not painful and I can walk fine but lately the size is increasing and I want to cure them if someonw on forum can kindly help me. I am using supplement like horsechestnut and stone root which helped me initially keeping the size under control but now they dont.

Couple of facts about me. I have been suffering with protatitis and in a highly stressful sitting job. I have all the symptoms of high stress, high cholestrol and inverse psoriasis in the groin area. General helath is good I tends to walk couple of miles every other day. I also had symtoms of minor blood in my urine but cystoscopy went fine. I also tends to spend long time in bathroom but normally very regular bowl movements.
