Hello, I am 33 years old Male from India. I have been facing Gerd related issues since 4 years. Recently had an endoscopy, reported multiple antral Erosions. I am on PPI for that. Also developed anal fissure two weeks back, it has stopped bleeding now but still pains to poop.
Any remedies?

I had acidity since 2020, and mostly I had chest pain in the middle or below the heart. That would be sharp pain at times. I have been taking PPI (esomeprazole domeperidone) right now.
I have a sedentary lifestyle with walking involved, no alcohol as of this year and no smoking. Food habits are okayish, into sweets. Right now, only eating home cooked non spicy food.

I had anal fossure and anal warts earlier in 2016. But right now, only fissure which developed two weeks back due to constipation due to anxiety meds which doctor gave. Also had urinanry retention problem (weak stream) since February, and taking Alfoo for it. Cystoscopy done, no stricture or infection.
Fissure has stopped bleeding but i can steel feel it and the pain while pooping.

I am not diabetic. Water intake is normal 2-3 litres per day. Lately have been stressed. Family history of diabetes.

R u sure its fissure? Not piles?

Piles means swollen veins?
Fissure means cuts and cracked skin around anal?

Still have constipation??

Urine weak stream means what? Urine interrupts? Dribbling? Thin stream? Cant evacuate properly? Frequency?

Did you get checked your prostate and bladder?

Yes, its fissure. No swelling, initially there were streaks of blood, now no blood but cut in anus outside at 12oclock going 1 inch inside I guess.

No constipation right now. I guess that was due to anti anxiety medicine given by doctor then which I have stopped. And same time I had weak urine stream. Not able to empty properly so would feel full bladder and pressure in lower abdomen. Right now taking Alfoo and it is feeling fine and normal. I had cystoscopy done in Feb 21 and everything was fine. No urethral stricture or bladder issue.
Stream was weak and couldnt evacuate properly.

So what I guess, u just need a remedy to cure ur fissure right?

Alfoo is for BPH, log term use will lead you to impotency. Let me know if u need help there.

Is there any long lasting pain after stool? Is there any discharge coming from fissure?
Burning sensations? Itchy?

Yes I think my stream is fine right now. So I will stop after this use. Not on anxiety meds right now.

I want to cure fissure primarily and also manage my gerd symptoms long term.
There is only pain while pooping, no itching or discharge. I have been using sucral ano cream for now.

To totally cure Gerd you have to change your diet for about 2weeks
Gerd happens when the ph of our cells turns acidic. The cell ph has to be alkaline. This happens bc of repeated acidic food choices. Google alkaline forming foods and acidic forming foods.
Stop citrus, black tea, coffee, chocolate, sparking water, spicy foods and use the alkaline foods for two weeks. This will reset the cells back to alkaline. After that you can add in some acidic but you will know when you overdid it bc Gerd will show up- Then adjust your diet again. I have had many family members with this- One person had it bc they decided to have a chocolate bar every night after dinner- he stopped that and the Gerd stopped. Homeopathy can help but cannot cure if diet is wrong. In USA we have constant tv ads saying eat whatever you want -just take ppi meds.
You have to get things right thru the diet.

Right Simone...in short we can say, dont be a gourmand...control on your tongue:) :):):):)

Its near to impossible in India to have healthy food. Each and every dish is full of spices. If somebody avoiding this, he is an Avenger.

Thanks doctor, I got the medicines today. Do I need to take it a specific time of the day? Or any time?

Morning and evening time is best, when you have empty stomach.

Dont mix the remedies and dont take just after one another.

1st day Nux no other remedy.
2nd day Sulphur no other remedy.

3rd, 5th and 7th day Nitric acid ..1 dose only.
4th and 6th day rathania only....

Repeat this schedule in 2nd week and report after.
