Ignatia dosage help please!

Hi, I took Ignatia 200c once on Friday night after a really big recent heartbreak/disappointment. I had a headache the following day and some emotional releases: having frequent crying fits on the floor, getting really angry with people when they asked me if Im okay, lump in my throat and chest that improves on crying. I felt better for 2 days but now my chest and throat has a lump sensation again and Im unable to cry, I cant focus on my work or function so well.

I also had Pulsatilla 30c prescribed by my homeopath for my allergies, I took that when I had an allergic reaction to dust on Sunday.

Is my remedy still working or did I relapse and need to repeat another dose? (4 days since taking the remedy once) Please can someone advice.

Thank you!

I would repeat the dose- Only use 30c. Monitor your reactions over 24 hours. Different potencies have different reactions. Lower potency works more on the body level.

Thank you for your response Simone. I dont have 30c but only 200. Would that work or is it better to wait a bit longer?

I am still feeling a lot emotionally, a lot of old grief coming up but feels quite stuck in my throat and chest, I havent been able to fully cry it out. I am sleeping much better since taking the remedy though, I used to get 3am or 4am wakings.

I would wait a bit. I have given ignatia to people quite often-usually 30c.
I always advise people to take it when they have a few days of no obligations. Ignatia can be like a roller coaster in that a lot of emotions come up from the past and they feel like they will stay there-but they do not- They stay and release and more emotions show up. It can be hard to judge what is going on. So I would wait a couple days before taking more.
