one ovary functional

My one ovary is functional as other one got removed surgically.I have one girl 10yrs, want one more but since then I could get concieved.
Is there any homeo remedy to have concieving with one ovary.

1. Aurum mur nat 3x daily three doses
2. Overy 3x daily three doses
