Throat Ulcer or Something on left side???
I have had 2 white spots, oval in shape, in my throat right next to each other for about 6 months now. They were never open sores. I am alergic to dust mites and have stuffy nose during the winter months especially in the morning when I wake up.The area from my nose to my mid throat was red with these 2 sores or spots at the bottom of the red area. I did go see the doctor about 3 months ago but he attributed it to allergies. I got some alegra and it cleared up the red area but the white spots remain. I am 27 years old and am afraid I may have cancer. Is it possible for a 27 year old to have throat cancer? I have smoked and drank in the past but since this thing has shown up I have stopped. I have not smoked consistanly over the past couple of year but just on and off. nothing near a pack a day Maybe 6-8 cigs per day at the very most and like i said not every day. Has anyone else ever had this??steveo on 2006-05-17

No white coating or pus.
No teeth or gum problems. I don't even have any cavities in any of my teeth.
No bleeding, no serious pain, just from time to time i fell it a little. No swelling or raised area near or around it. Just 2 whites oval spots right one on top of another almost like the are connected.I would say about a 1/4 inch if you combine the 2 of them. Any Ideas?? on what I can take to get rid of them. I have tried vitamine E with not result. Thanks again for your responses

I have a dry cough for 2 weeks, irritation on my throat, redness on my soft palate with a small lump (4mm) small oval ulcer cover with a grey mambrane bahind the last lower molar, sensation of having something on my throat when i swallow. What could that be?
