My indented scars looks rougher than usual with Silicea

I've been taking silicea 6x (thrice a day) and arnica 30c (wet dose once a day) for more than 2 weeks now. The outcome shows itself: face skin is slightly oilier than before, and redness has decreased incredibly... however I have the impression that my indented scars are more evident than before, as in dry skin... so weird ...my pores look widened!. Today, I woke up and noticed my skin a bit rough, .....incredible, since I drink lots of lemonade and silicea is supposed to fill up pitting scars.Perhaps its silicea expelling foreign matter outta my skin, hence widening pores and the ugly appearance?...hope so!
should I carry on with silicea or shift to anything else?. thanks a lot !
BTW: I no longer suffer from acne outbreaks since about 12 years now

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Silica is always followed well by Hepar Sul - in this instance by 6x potency.

Thanks for responding Walkin. Regarding hepar sul, how many doses a day (I suppose you mean 3 or 4 globules per dose)?
Finally, should I always stick with Arnica 30c wet dose or use only silicea & hepar sul?
Thanks you again.
