breathing disorder during sleep

I am 28 male, having breath disorders while sleeping, although Tonsils were surgically removed in my child hood, but now in night, my room sounds with snor voices, during sleep immediate awakeness due to brath stop is common. sinus problem is also. please advise some medicine.
