something crawling down inside the right calf

Dear All

My aunt is suffering from the following symptoms, can anyone suggest some medicines

Age : 50
Married, 5 children, husband and son working, daughters married

pain in left thigh - muscles feel lumpy
feels something crawling down inside the left calf
both legs goes to sleep
both palms goes to sleep
blood pressure high
head feels heavy
back neck pains
pressure on eyes....headache
severe depression....cannot find a reason for depression
feels sad all day long
sensitive to noise
sinking feeling....feeling of fainting
no appetite, forces her to eat
nails cracking
pain all over the body
extreme fatigue
feels fever from fatigue
no problems with digestion or menstruation cycle

Chief Complaints are

1.pain in left thigh - muscles - severe
2.feels something crawling down inside the left calf - always
3.extreme fatigue - always
feels fever from fatigue

the following are the remaining symptoms

both legs goes to sleep - sometimes
both palms goes to sleep -sometimes
blood pressure high
head feels heavy - always
back neck pains - mild
pressure on eyes.... always severe depression....cannot find a reason for depression
feels sad all day long
sensitive to noise
sinking feeling....feeling of fainting - sometimes
no appetite, forces her to eat
nails cracking
pain all over the body

'feels something crawling down inside the left calf - always'This symptom will decide the remedy.I am trying to find out in the repertory.
The close remedy is Gelsemium but not yet confirmed.

The repertorial analysis indicates Rhus Tox.The second choice is causticum.Start with Rhus tox 6c,5 drops thrice daily for 15 days, and before shifting to causticum,try Bryonia,the complementary of Rhus tox.I hope your Aunt will be well very soon.

I was away for a while, I will start her with Rhus Tox 6c, I will also get the other medicines you mentioned, as I will be getting the medicine from Karachi, the bottle available doesnt say whether it is '6X' or '6C', it just says 'Rhus Tox 6', should I assume it is 6C as you recommended, or

Dear Dr Sajjad

My aunt is using Rhus Tox 6c for the last one week, and she is feeling much better mentally, her depression has gone down, her appetitite has gone up, but tingling sensation in her feet and hands are still there.....should I still continue with Rhus Tox or start Bryonia.

Please advise

My aunt is still having those tingling sensation, both in her hands and legs, though she is mentally feeling better after using Rhus Tox, should I continue with Rhus Tox or change the medicine

Dear Dr Sajjad

It seems that you are not visiting this forum anymore, as per your advise, my aunt have been taking Rhus Tox for her ailments, though she feel better in some area, her main complain, tingling sensation in both hands and legs hasnt gone yet.

Please advise the next course of action.
