Burning Tongue/Shortness of breath

My Mother's who is 70 year old is suffering for over a year now from burning tongue. It feels cracked in centre. She feels burning from all kind of foods, but spicy foods hurt more, although she completely avoids them.

She has Hepatitis C and Liver has scar on it as shown in Ultrasound. She has 'Osteoprosis' and 'arthritis".
She cannot sleep, as has pain in ribs and chest.

She has pain underneath her toe's. Nails are very soft.

Some other symptoms:

Mostly Dry Cough for a year. Sometimes phalem in throat. Pain in Chest due to cough.
Some of her symptoms are
Sleepless at night, anxiety
Does not like salty foods
High blood pressure (in controll with allopathic medicine)
pain in ribs
Pain on left side of abdomen
Dry skin
Shortness of breath
Pale
weakness
pain in lower limbs
lower limbs cold
restless

She doesn't like to eat meat (chicken, beef fish).

When we consulted a local classical homeopath she was given Lycopodium 1m one dose every 2 weeks and Calcarea arb 6x 3 times a day. After 5 weeks she didn't see any improvements. She had cough and shortness of breath. She went to homepath again and was given Kali B 30 3times a day for week to get rid of cough, but she didn't get any relief. She was then told to try Arsenic 30 3 times a day for another week. She still didn't see any improvement. She has cough, shortness of breath with wheezing sound.

I would be greateful if some kind homeopath on this site can can guide us.
