sinusitis and throat problems

Thank you for your answer and kind advice.
I read that the Luffa Complex Nasal Spray (from
Bioforce) is effective for
nasal decongestion.
Can it be combined with
Kali bichromium ?

you can continue with kali bich but I will advise you not take any spray my be homoeopathy or aloopathy nasal spray. What ever prescribe ie ok. you can report me after a month.
