Sunburn
yesss i was the stupid one that as soon as the sun came out .... went out and sunbathed with no cream for 3 hours. i am so burnt and in so much pain ive just been taking paracetomol and applying ice and after sun but 3 days later i am still no better ... also my knees and ankles have swolen and are very stiffcan anyone help????
