ulcerative colitis

I've Ulcerative Colitis now for 1 1/2 years. Since about 2 1/2 months I take Homeopathic medicine, Staph 1M. Unfortunately I don't recognize any improvement. I've read something before about Merc Sol. 30 and Mercurious Sol 200 .....wich one works best and can I order this kind here on this side? I appreciate any help!!
