The ABC Homeopathy Forum
Need help with sick kitty:(
Hello all. I've got a 9 y/o neutered male orange tabby, Jade. He's honestly the real life Garfield. He has recently fallen ill and we can't find a solution. The initial vet visit has killed my savings and they are only recommending more diagnostic tests. In short, he's not eating/drinking or pooping, very lethargic, and has a tenderness in his belly. The bloodwork and x-rays show that he has a low white blood cell count, a high biliruin count (dead red blood cells), and enlarged kidneys. I don't know what to do next as I am nearly out of funds and the next step is an ultra sound which clocks in at a minimum of $400! If anyone has had this experience with their feline friend or could recommend some alternative solutions, you would find me the most grateful human with the most grateful cat in the world. Jade is our life and we love him, so it's killing us that we can't help him anymore. Thanks in advance for any help:)vespergenic on 2006-06-14
