How to take Bach Flower essences
Hi,I want to know how to take bach flower essences.
Like homeopathy do we have to stay without eating anything half an hour before and after?

Bach flower remedies's origin, clinical effects are questionable.
Never saw a case resolved or any effect at all. Even I prepared remedy myself still nothing.

Is it so? I just wasted $34 on Bach flower essences. Got Mimulus and Larch for social phobia and inferiority complex. Bought a empty 30ml bottle also.

Take flower remedies as you would homeopathy, on an clean mouth administer drops under the tongue.
Note that flower remedies work in a vibrational way , and if you work with the right remedies they effect some wonderful, but often subtle (Girlal!!) effects. No side effects, 100% safe.
I work with the Bush Flower remedies (Australian equivalent of Bach)so give them a try too.
