Since with Rhodo, you felt better dont stop the medicine but slightly decrease the dose to twice then after good improvement once in a day.

For now no need to change power of arnica and nux vomica.

Ok I'll reduce the dose of Rhodo.

Now should i cotinue taking Arnica and Nux Vomica with Rhodo? If yes, what should be timings of these medicines?

Take Nux before sleep and arnica in morning as you are taking. Take Rhodo twice such that Gap between any two different remedies should atleast be half an hour. Let us see what rishimba comes up with.
