8 yr old nose bleed

can any one help me my sonn who is 8 yrs old has a past of interment nose bleeds today it bleed after playing with another kid, got into my car very hot his nose just started bleeding. it stop in about 5 min. very active kid drinks a lot of water, not to many sweets,

please try millifolium Achillea 30c three times ina d ay for a week and report me after that still bleeds then you continue Arnica Mont 1M weekly one dose for 6 month.
