Fybromyalsia, sleep probs help

I am a 37 y/o single mom with severe acne on my chest and back which I have ordered the Arnica 30C for the wet dose treatment Joe has listed here.

I also have had fybrmyalsia since i was about 23 and am bipolar 2 or ped bipolar, both are very simalar and since my child is ped bp they think I likely am too. With the fybromyalsia I definately noticed the worse it bothered me the harder time I had with sleeping, prior to it getting worse and during.

I started out with perscribed meds but found they either left me badly hungover or hurting worse after taking higher doses to combat the lack of sleep so I quit them all together and switched to melatonin. I had a good response to it for the first few years now the 3mg doesn't cut it and I'm back to waking up at night and am unable to sleep more then about 5-6 hours a night no matter how tired I am.

this has moved from just affecting my hands and feet to now affecting my back and neck to the point my back stays in a state of nearly 'going out' daily and is causing problems with me working at a sit down job, the only kind of work I can do since I can't stand for more then 1-2 hous without flairing the feet so that I can't walk easily.

Any suggestions?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Causticum 30C and Gelsemium 30C one dose of each at alternate day. One medicine at a day.

Thx, I'll order those as well and keep a journal since I'm new to this. I'm excited to see if I can actually find something that makes enough if a difference that I can start going for walks again. I know losing more weight (I've already lost 75lbs and can afford to lose another 20-25) will be a bigger boost to helping ease all my health problems. Not to mention walking was a good way for me to stay quit of smoking...yes I had started up again a few years ago when symptoms got bad and stress levels went sky high and I hate it.

Dear Gentlefire,

I advise you to take Rhus Toxicodendron 200 one dose daily(6-10 pellets in morning empty stomach.)
Report after 7 days.

Ok, I'll try the Rhus Toxicodendron first and report back.

Is there anything I should be avoiding, besides the cola and coffee with the Arnica?

I only use my bi polar meds if my stress releif measures fail in high stress times (Lamictal) so I'm not currently on it. I have added 1000mg of Vitamen C when I showed signs of a bladder infection yesterday and have already had improvement so I will only take it another day or two.

Since I'm so new to this can you please explain what you mean by 'curd and cold food'? Just want to make sure I give this the best chance of working *smiles*

Because of the lateness here when I got your replies Dr. Sharma I wanted to verify before I made my purchase that '200' and '20C' was interchangable.

Thanks.

Girilal

How many days should the Causticium 30c and Gelsemium 30c be taken?

Pat2006 last decade
Lets say 3 doses of a medicine at 15 minutes intervel.

Next medicine at next day and so on. (one medicine one day)

Do this for 4 weeks.

Then take just once a day Barayta Carbonica 30.
